FOOTPATH FIELD DEVELOPMENT, Staple Road

The Dover District Council (DDC) Planning Committee decision to GRANT Full planning permission for the Footpath Field Planning Application (DOV/23/00976) was publicised on 19th July

The Parish Council have been given permission by DDC to share information on the affordable properties that will form part of that development when it is built.

There will be some shared ownership properties (semi-detached 2 bed properties) and some Affordable/Social Rent properties (a mix of 1 to 4 bed properties).  Local people or people with a connection to Wingham will be given first priority to apply for both types of property. However, please note that anyone wishing to apply for an affordable/social rented property will need to be on the Council’s Housing Register.
