Highways Improvement Plan
PLEASE NOTE: The Wingham Highways Improvement Plan (HIP) is reviewed annually with KCC Highways towards the end of each year. Only one or two projects, usually in priority order, can be worked on each year and there is no guarantee that KCC will be able to proceed with every project on the HIP.
