NHS Kent and Medway are wanting to improve community health services, which help adults and children get well and stay well, either in their own home or at out-of-hospital settings near their home. They are a critical part of health and care, working closely with general practice and alongside hospitals.
NHS Kent and Medway would like to hear people’s views and experiences on community health services to help shape plans to improve services across Kent and Medway. We want to hear from as many people as possible. All of the information about community health services can be found on our NHS Kent and Medway community health services web page, where you will find two surveys, one for adult community health services and one for children’s community health services.
