It will be necessary to close part of B2046 High Street, Wingham from 30th May 2022 with estimated completion by 1st June 2022.

B2046 High Street, Wingham will be closed in the vicinity of the former Red Lion Public House, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route is A257 Canterbury Road/Wingham Road/High Street/The Hill/Littlebourne Road/St Martin's Hill/Longport/Lower Chantry Lane, A2050 New Dover Road/Dover Road, A2 Dover Road, B2046 Box Iron Road/Adisham Road and vice versa.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial reinstatement works are undertaken by Southern Water.
