WINGHAM COMMUNITY AWARDS 2023

The winners of two Community Awards were agreed at the Parish Council meeting on Monday 9th January 2023. Wingham residents were asked to nominate an individual or group of people who have made a significant contribution to the Wingham Community (see the FORMS page of this website).
The two award schemes running in the village are:-
- THE JACK JOLLY AWARD; and
- THE KALC COMMUNITY AWARD
Thank you to all those who took part and put forward nominations for the awards. The nominations received were:-
- Mark & Tessa Gardiner
- Nicola Carey-Shine
- Karen Kelderis
- Peter Prebble
The winner of the Jack Jolly Award is: KAREN KELDERIS; and
The winner of the KALC Community Award is: PETER PREBBLE
Congratulations to Karen and Peter. Their awards will be presented to them at the Annual Parish Assembly on Wednesday 19 April 2023, 7.30pm, Wingham Village Hall.
